Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. My approach to massage therapy blends evidence-informed clinical practice with a curated eye for each client’s unique needs. Treatments are guided by clinical evaluation and individualized treatment planning, supporting goals such as reducing muscle tension and pain, improving mobility, enhancing circulation, easing stress, supporting TMJ concerns, addressing digestive discomfort including constipation, and providing focused prenatal and postnatal care — all within a calm, supportive environment that encourages comfort and healing.

Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to adjust your appointment day or time. Last-minute changes within the 24-hour window will incur a fee equal to your reserved treatment cost. No-shows are billed the full appointment fee.

Payment Options: A credit card is required to be securely saved to your Jane profile. I accept credit card, debit, and Interac e-Transfer. Direct billing is available for select providers. Please email jocelynmcdowell.rmt@gmail.com to confirm eligibility with your insurer.
